Soundless is now available on Steam along with the artbook! This edition of the game includes Steam support and achievements. If you've already played Soundless, the content is virtually unchanged from the Itch edition, so if you'd like to support us with downloads and reviews while also nabbing some achievements, we'd really appreciate it!

The Itch version has been updated with parity changes among a few other major (non-game content related) changes. The changes can be seen in the following changelog.

Version 3.2 Changelog

• The engine version has been updated to Ren'Py 8.4.2. This update bumps the minimum OS requirements for Windows to Windows 10. Following this update, we no longer offer the 32-bit build, as there is no Ren'Py 7.x equivalent for our current engine version. An archive of the last existing 32-bit version (virtually indistinguishable from the previous version of Soundless in regards to in-game content) is available on our website.
• The initial startup questions "Have you played Soundless before?" and "Then, have you read Adiaphoron?" have been removed. These questions were originally implemented to make it easier for returning players to access version 3 anniversary content and correct issues caused by an earlier Ren'Py update making old persistent data invalid. As Soundless's Steam release is expected to introduce Soundless to many new players, we have removed this as we feel that it is by and large no longer necessary. You can still quickly access anniversary content by skipping through the main game with the Skip > All Text setting activated. We recommend removing old saves in temp folders before proceeding if you have ever played a version of Soundless older than 3.1.
• Post-game dev notes have been adjusted with updated information about our releases, both upcoming and current, as well as links to our Patreon/Subscribestar (Itch version only).
• Boot logo updated to match our current logo.
• Corrected settings tooltip typo.
• Adjusted the default music volume to 70%.
• (Steam version only) Steam SDK support and Steam achievements added. External hyperlinks removed.

In the lead-up to the Steam edition's release, we made a lot of countdown images. Here are all the blanks + transparent versions for you to use! (Please be sure to follow our Fanwork Guidelines when creating derivative content.)
